Bar and stock
Drinks and snacks are sold onto a table session or as a separate receipt. Recipes deduct ingredients from stock: sell a cocktail — rum, juice and ice leave in the right amounts.
Guests and regulars
A session opens for a walk-in without registration, or for a regular with a wallet and points. Regulars get a deposit and bonuses so they come back.
Table report
Utilisation of each table by hour and day, revenue by table and bar, average bill. You see which table to move and which time slot to reprice.
